Bright, inviting, and thoughtfully designed, Way of Water combines modern farmhouse comfort with the easygoing feel of a riverside retreat.

The main living room welcomes you with tall windows overlooking the trees, comfortable seating, a 65" Smart TV, and an electric fireplace for cooler months.

Two king suites on the main level offer added privacy, while the upstairs queen bedroom and bunk/game loft give kids and adults room to spread out.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, drip and Keurig coffee makers, a waffle maker, blender, slow cooker, and everyday cooking essentials.

Enjoy meals around the 6-person dining table, with seating for 4 more at the island. A high chair and children's dinnerware make mealtimes easier for families with little ones.

📺 Relax on the Deck: Stretch out on the outdoor sectional, catch a show on the Smart TV, or share dinner fresh off the propane grill.

🔥 Fireside Gatherings: Enjoy the deck fire pit table or walk down to the riverside fire pit with Adirondack seating for a cozy evening together.

🛶 Follow the River Trail: Explore the Glover River's rocky banks, fish, skip stones, or kayak when water levels allow. Two kayaks are listed for guest use; please confirm availability in advance.

River levels change with the seasons and may occasionally be very low or completely dry.

Rainy afternoon? No problem. The upstairs game loft is ready for a little friendly competition.

Rack up the pool balls, revisit the classics on the Pac-Man arcade, or gather around for board games. You'll also find children's books and toys, cornhole, and outdoor games.

Dogs are part of the family, too! Way of Water welcomes up to 2 approved, well-behaved, house-trained dogs.

Pet Fee: $50 per pet, per night.

Pets must stay off beds and furniture and out of the pool and hot tub.

Please crate dogs when leaving them unattended.

A few helpful things to know before your stay:

• Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests.

• Pool Heating: Available upon advance request, subject to confirmation. The advertised first-day rate is $150, with multi-day discounts available. Please confirm final pricing.

• River & Kayaks: River activities depend on seasonal water levels. Please confirm kayak availability before your stay.

• Fireplaces: Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off May 1–September 30.

• Security Cameras: Two exterior cameras at the front and back entrances record 24/7. No indoor cameras.

• Booking Verification: A secure SuiteOp guest portal is used for ID verification, a signed rental agreement, and the required security deposit/damage waiver process.

• Check-In & Parking: Smart-lock self-check-in and complimentary on-site parking.

• Internet & EV Charging: Wi-Fi and a Tesla EV charger are available. Rural internet service may occasionally be affected by weather.

• Natural Setting: Wildlife and insects may be present, and neighboring homes are located in the surrounding area.
