HOUSE RULES

We ensure that our home is cleaned to the best of our ability every other time it is tended to, and we encourage an embrace of the natural surroundings. It is important to note that given the wilderness setting, encounters with bugs both inside and outside the cabin are possible. Additionally, wildlife may be present in the vicinity. We aim to provide an authentic experience in harmony with nature, encompassing all that one would expect in such an environment.

House Rules:
NO Unauthorized Pets.
NO Parties/Events unless permitted by host.
NO Smoking inside the cabins.
NO Tampering on our cameras and smoke detectors.
NO Unauthorized Extra Guests
NO Late Check outs unless permitted by host.
NO Early Check-in unless permitted by host.

Additional House Rules:
Quiet Hours is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please do not move furniture inside our cabin unless permitted.

Note: Failure to provide any of these means no check-in.

Age Requirements:
Due to past incidents, we require the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old, or have a group member who is 25 or older.
By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge and agree to our age requirement. If you do not meet this requirement, you must cancel your booking in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Penalty:
Unauthorized Pets will be $100/pet/night.
Unauthorized Events will be $500.
Smoking is $500.
Tampering our smart devices $500.
Unauthorized Extra Guests $100/guest/nights.
Unauthorized Late Check out $125/hr.
Unauthorized Early Check-in $100/hr.
Quiet Hours Violation $500.
Moving of furnitures $500.
Messing with the fireplace and string lights $500.
