Pets are considered on a case by case basis, with a pet fee of $50/pet/night. Lastly, we want this to be a memorable experience for you and your loved ones and we would be happy to provide recommendations in the area. ❤️PET POLICY. IF APPROVED: We charge an extra fee of $50 per pet per night. PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED ON ALL THE FURNITURE, VIOLATORS WILL BE PAYING A PENALTY. USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, and to make sure our no-parties policy is being adhered to. We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house. LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement is required for guests.
