Gather around the indoor dining table, which seats 10 guests (with additional seating in the kitchen bar), dine on the outdoor dining table, or savor a morning coffee. There is also a creek behind the firepit area. 💧 RIVER and POND ACCESS Mt Fork river can be accessed by foot from the cabin. It is approximately ~5 min walk. Guests can enjoy fishing, tubing and kayaking (we provide 2 fishing poles, 1 double tube, and 2 single tubes). Guests must bring their own kayak. There is also a fishing pond stocked with perch, catfish, crappie) by the entrance of the development, an 8 min walk from the cabin. This is catch and release pond. Our cabin is located in a quiet subdivision by Mountain Fork River (15 mins south of Hochatown). Enjoy the peace and privacy of this new development in Broken Bow, while only being a short drive to main attractions ~ 20 mins to Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (May 1- Sep 30). USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, and to make sure our no-parties policies are being adhered to. We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house. LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement is required for guests who book Open Heavens River Retreat.
