USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft and to make sure our no-parties policy is being adhered to. We have 1 camera by the front door and 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house. LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement are required for guests who book a Royal Retreat cabin.
