There is also a half bath in this area. ❤️OUTDOOR AREA: The captivating outdoor patio is the epitome of modern luxury, featuring these amenities: - Gas Grill - Hot Tub - Outdoor Dining/Living - TV - Firepit - Cornhole Set - Putt Putt - Giant Connect 4 ❤️ PET POLICY - We charge extra for the pet fee of $50/pet/night. This cabin also offers a circle drive, perfect if you are pulling a boat! Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (May 1- Sep 30). Lastly, we want this to be a memorable experience for you and your loved ones and we would be happy to provide recommendations in the area. —Parties or Events or Extra Guest We do not allow guests to throw parties or events at our property. Please kindly note that all extra guests should be approved by the host before arrival and they will need to leave the property by 9 pm per the County’s STR Reinforcement Code. Any unapproved visitors will be charged $200 per person according to the House Rules in the listing. Please feel free to contact us if any questions. —Parking There is a parking space for 6 vehicles. —Oven Please make sure to turn on the vent while using the oven, otherwise the carbon alarm will ring. —Smart TV We have a smart TV in the house, please connect it with your account. —Hot Tub ( no extra fees) Please shower before use. Please don’t put any liquid/solid soap into it, any extra cost occurring will be charged. The guests will take all liability and responsibility for their safety. —Pets We love pets. Your fur friends are welcome with an additional fee of $50/ pet per night. (max 3 pets allowed). You are required to disclose before booking. We simply ask that you clean up after your pet during your stay. However, they are not allowed to swim in the hot tub. Please be mindful, as their fur can cause the filters to build up. -Please be aware of desert plants and keep your pets away from them, we strongly suggest you use a leash and accompany your pets while running in the yard because the cactus might hurt. You are 100% responsible for yourself and your pets. —Broken Items We understand that accidents happen, if anything breaks down - even if it's your fault - let us know so we can send someone to fix it or replace it for you and future guests. —Plumbing All houses in Broken Bow are on a Septic Tank system. For this reason, nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing. If it is determined that the pipes have been clogged due to misuse, a $200 repair fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation. —Please let us know if there are any serious stains on the furniture or floors, or if there is damage to anything and we will try our best to fix it ASAP. —Security Camera According to the requirements from the Insurance Company, security cameras are facing the house entrance and back entrance. —No-Smoking Smoking (including E-Cig) is not allowed on the property or within 15 feet exterior door. Please dispose of cigarettes in a plastic bag and put it in the outdoor trash can. If the above is not maintained, we will charge a $300 special cleaning fee. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. —Checking Out Please check out of our Airbnb rental by 10:00 AM. Checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the property and get it ready for our next guest. For any late checkout, we will reserve the right to charge $200 if exceeds 20 minutes and a day rate if exceeds one hour. • Check-in time 3:00 PM • Check-out time 10:00 AM USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft and to make sure our no-parties policy is being adhered to. We have 1 camera by the front door and 1 by the back door that is ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house. LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement are required for guests who book Woodsy Wonder.
